    SHIPPING - FREE ON ORDERS OF $50+

    US STANDARD SHIPPING

    • Standard Ground Shipping (3-5 days once processed) on all domestic orders above $50 is FREE
    • Standard Ground Shipping (3-5 days once processed) on all domestic orders under $50 costs $7.95
    • Packages are shipped via USPS and UPS. Your order will arrive between 9am and 5pm, and a signature will be required on orders of $400 and over
    • All orders require 2-3 business days of processing time before shipment, regardless of the shipping service you request

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES - FAST & EASY

    US ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

    • We do not currently offer free return shipping on returns or exchanges. However, we do offer free shipping on all eligible exchange shipments. In order to be eligible for free shipping on your requested exchange size or color, we must receive your returned item within 30 days of your receipt of your original order. If your requested exchange is not available, you will be refunded for your purchase.
    • Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 50% at the sole discretion of Kid Shoes Direct management.
    • Merchandise returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
    • Any returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or in poor condition. Any merchandise returned to Kid Shoes Direct in these conditions will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
    • All items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Any final sale merchandise that is returned to Kid Shoes Direct will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 50% at the sole discretion of Kid Shoes Direct management.
    • Any returned merchandise must be returned in its original box in its original condition, without postal labels. Please do not send the shoebox as the shipping box. Please package the shoebox in a shipping box, just like you received it. Any merchandise returned to Kid Shoes Direct with a missing or damaged shoebox or with a shoebox used as a shipping box will be subject to a mandatory 40% restocking fee.
    • Merchandise bought online cannot be returned to stores
    • No returns brought to our warehouse by hand will be accepted due to security concerns.
    • Your returned items are your responsibility up until the items are received at our warehouse. We recommend insuring your return shipment, getting a tracking number, and retaining a proof of postage
    • Refund will be made via the original method of payment

    US RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE – PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURNS PROCEDURE BELOW:

    • Return using the carrier of your choice:
      1. Repackage items and include the invoice. Send your package to:

      2. Take care not to leave out the shoebox your items arrived in. It must be included in your return, undamaged and free of tape or shipping labels, in order to avoid a 40% restocking fee.
      3. Pay the postage for any delivery service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment and getting a tracking number.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING TIME:

    • Please refer to the tracking number you got when you sent us your package and make sure that your return has been signed for at our warehouse.
    • Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
    • Your banking institution may take up to two billing cycles to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Please contact your banking institution for a more precise estimate.
